The Club and Institute Union Bowls League get their season underway with the annual match against a YABA representative side on Saturday, May 1 at the York Railway Institute green, Ashton Lane at 2pm.

Jess Williams is currently a Welsh Under 25 Bowls International and will be competing in the 'Race for Life' which is a 5km run. Her target is just £250.
I would of imagine that nearly every Bowls Club in the UK have had at least one member diagnosed with Cancer, So help Cancer Research UK reach their goal and Jess Williams achieve her target by sponsoring her.
